What is a Commencement Speech?

This speech ilustrates the efective use of Analogy, Imagery and symbolic language.

Some of you may be wondering why Graduation ceremonies are also called Commencement exercises.For Graduation is the end of the course while Commencement  means trhe begining.Is it possible that the two antithetical words could mean the same thing?

The explanation is quite simple, For Graduation is the end of the course and Commencement is either of another course or of something else—– perhaps a career or a married life. It is like a twilight that marks the end of the day. For life and everything material around us begin and end, and the begining of ones’s marks trhe end of another in the ceaseless march of time.

In our studies, the end of Elementary course is the begining of High School, and the end of High School is the begining of College.

But there is one Graduation, one Commencement exercises taht must come to everyone of us—- and from which there is no escape.

The Graduation from time and the Commencement of eternity.

All Graduation in this life are leading us to and are preparation for the last and final Commencement, just as every steps of stairs which leads us to the threshold, or like curtains that opens as we walk through them, which opens the Magnificent vista of unending horizon.

This picture symbolized the immortal kind of “Friendship “. Different people with different lifestyle and beliefs but bounded by destiny. It’s my honor and I am very proud to describe this picture coz I am one of them. It is very hard for me to keep this Friendship , coz there are times we argued but still we fixed it…Even times, which change people, does not alter the image that we have  retained with each other…The trials that we have faced together makes ouir Friendship stronger and stronger. We became friends just when I studied College. At the beginning  were not too close just like today. But days have passed we enjoy the company with each other. Maybe because in the magic of friendship.Who could imagine, in this big universe we met?…It is because of DESTINY…

“The only reward of virtue is virtue; the only way to have a friend is to be one”. A true friend is the greatest of all blessings , and the one that we take the least care of all to acquire.

The holy passion of FRIENDSHIP is of so sweet and steady and loyal and  enduring a nature that it will last through a whole lifetime if not asked to lend money.  For me, this picture that show FRIENDSHIP will last  longer than FOREVER…

As long as we  believes in the power of friendship…We will forever be…

My Plan After Graduation

I have so much plans after I have Graduated. First I want to look for a job that is suitable for me. Something that can support my daily needs of life.But my greatest dream is to go to abroad not for vacation but for a job.I know that its imposible but I don’t  lost hope.No one knows someday, I travel around the world.What a dream!?…Well, its free…I want to support my brother in his study in College.I will  pay the debts of my parents its because of my study.Its time for me to give back what they have sacrificed inorder for me to study in a private school in College.I want to support my family as far as I can. I don’t want my parents to work hard as they grow older. I want them to live happily and full of life…That is why for now I am doing my very best so that I can reached that DREAM…Hope so…

In the present day , our country is suffering much crises.Because many of our fellow country men were affected of unordinary flood,cause of uncontrol flow of water, as the result of non-stop raining.

The super typhoon “Peping”, can be considered as one of the most  strongest typhoon that can to th Philippines. Because of these typhoon,many of our fellow men have lost their property, their houses,but the worst is that they lost their family and love ones.

Is it the law of nature?

Who is responsible for this kind of tragedy?

How are we prepared for this kind of trials?

Even the most expert person cannot answer this certain question…But it doesn’t matter, the most important today is to help our fellow country men who needs foods, shelter and comfort….

One cause of flood,its because of  the abuse of human to nature. Because of the non-stop cutting of trees were the soil hold,when the rain comes, its easily produced erosion as a result…“LANDSLIDE”…

So much life have been wasted,it is because of the NEGLECTION of human…

For what you give, is What you get….That’s the law of nature…

What is the real happiness?…

Is it something that can be bought by money???

Life is not easy and sometimes fate play games with us.It depends on us how to mface the consequences inorder to solve the puzzle of life.In my part,I don’t belong to rich family but yet I own much happiness…Coz the love; the EVERLASTING LOVE of the people around me are my treasure;my strength;as well as my true happiness. Even though I don’t have so much money but still I live happily….

There comes a time,I doubt…I doubt because sometimes love fades…It’s may be because I really don’t understand the real meaning of the real true love and  it is the only key to find the true happiness…

Love God with all our Hearts and God will live with us…That’s the reality of life;The true HAPPINESS…
